Reel Power ME level wind assemblies feature stainless steel diamond pattern drives screws which are custom designed to fit the width of both the spool and the frame to which it will be mounted. The level wind carriage features rollers at the top, bottom and each side of the cable to protect the cable from damage and assist in the orderly winding of the umbilicals onto the reels.
Some level wind assemblies are for a fixed position payout of the umbilical. Other assemblies feature a variable angle of departure, with the angle being adjustable in the field.
